We are now looking for a Team Lead within RPA & PowerApps to a client in Stockholm About the assignment: We are looking for a Team Leader to replace the current one who is leaving for parental leave soon. In this Team Leader role you will lead a group consisting of approx. 13-15 team members working with RPA and PowerApps. The team is a subordinate team in the Data, Analytics & Automation (DA&A) domain within clients IT and you will directly report to the manager, responsible for the DA&A function. In this role you will be responsible for both personnel as well as the team"s deliveries. You will take part in the team to work as close as possible and contribute to the overall success of the team. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Coach and develop team members ? Responsible for salary setting and annual salary review ? Staffing and recruitment ? Anchoring information ? Work environment responsibility and workf[o]rce planning ? Overall responsibility for team outcomes ? Align team goals with business plan and IT/IFS/Client goals ? Ensure compliance when it comes to the IT rulebook In addition to the above mentioned you will also work on budget/prognosis/outcome together with your manager, who sits with the main responsibility in this matter but will need your input and contribution.
